The hotel’s location is excellent, as it’s right on the beach. The staff was generally helpful and willing to assist guests, which I appreciated. However, there’s a significant issue with parking. The hotel doesn’t have enough parking spaces, and although there are five spots directly in front of the property, the valet staff blocks them off to avoid walking across the avenue to the main parking area. The hotel also seems to be undergoing renovations or repairs, making it difficult to reach the reception and inconvenient to move around the premises. As for the room, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We spent two uncomfortable nights in the heat, constantly sweating, and my 9-year-old child kept waking up throughout the night due to the temperature. In the bathroom, the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap were all heavily diluted with water. While I understand these are free amenities, I still believe it’s worth mentioning. By the way, I recommend the restaurant; it's excellent.

My husband and I booked a vacation at the Bilmar in treasure island and we loved it! Heather and Viola at the front desk were a pleasure! Heather went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, and the beach and pool was amazing.
Mike and Louis, the bartenders at Sloppy Joe’s and Waves were awesome. From the staff to the resort and location everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return!
And do not miss the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!

It started out all wrong and my travel company told me I had a balcony which is all I ask for as I’m a single mother of two small children. Their team upgraded me free and made my trip exciting again!! The staff is the sweetest and goes way out of there way to make your stay the best of the best! I’ll even miss a few of them u til next time, I will definitely be returning!!!!!

Beautiful room facing the beach , comfy bed , soft pillows. Clean rooms, great water pressure in the showers. Even rollaway beds are comfy. ,great service. Beautiful beach bar with lots of comfy seating. . Beautiful hotel on beautiful treasure island. Family friendly with two pools. I will come here every time.

What a wonderful experience. The staff was excellent, very helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and bright. The view was breathtaking. Six of us highschool besties stayed in the room and never felt crowded. The kitchenette made it convenient for breakfast lunch and snacking. The living room and dining area had the peaceful view of the Gulf. The evening watching the sun sink leaving the most beautiful colors in the clouds was a favorite experience. The choice of swimming pools was a nice change. The girls and I have had our annual bogie besties here 3x now. If that isn't a recommendation I don't know what is. The staff made it a welcoming joyous weekend. Thank you all.

Patti from The Bilmar was my sunshine on a rainy Fourth of July. Her customer service and professionalism was Top Notch. She took care of all of the details to ensure my son had the perfect scenario for his proposal to his fiance. Customer service is rare to find these days! She went above and beyond to hear my needs and executed flawlessly! Better hold on to this one!!

Attending a wedding at this Hotel and it blew us away with how awesome everything was! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was a very memorable weekend. The staff was 5 stars and so nice. They all seemed to be happy to help, answer questions or just BS some. Special shout out and a cheers to, Luis, Nick, Avi, Denise, Harry, Renee and Tori! They worked the wedding event and/or provided services that were memorable throughout our stay and they all should get an extra bonus in their next checks! The room was great, clean, and picturesque. I made sure that houskeeping knew we appreciated her hard work as well. Thank you Bilmar, I'll see you again soon and even though I am a local resident, I'll make this my go to place anytime I need to stay in Treasure Island or have anyone ask me the best place to be at.
