This hotel is an excellent option for families, friends, couples etc. The 2 bedroom suite I rented was the angled ocean view that offered beautiful sunset views. It was very modern with 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher and a washer and dryer and also a TV in every room which was perfect. The Cafe makes the food fresh, I ordered a salad and was pleasantly surprised to see him start cutting a fresh head of lettuce.

This is our third time staying at Sunset Vistas, and it just keeps getting better! The stunning views, sparkling waters, and great amenities make it a perfect getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and dishes you need, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals right in the comfort of your suite. The short walk to the beach is so refreshing, and the warm water makes it even better. There are plenty of chairs available at the pool, and the beach bar is a great touch—especially when chatting with the friendly locals. There is plenty of beachfront for beach chairs and cabanas. You can bring your own, or rent from a separate company. The bed is super comfy, and the bathrooms come well-stocked with fresh towels. Thank you again for another amazing stay—we'll definitely be back!

I rented a 2 bedroom for myself and 2 daughters-in-law with their small kids. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Short walking distance to the gulf and 2 great pools with hot tubs. Love that they kept the pools open until 10. Excellent location on Treasure Island.

We had a great family stay at the Sunset Vista’s in Treasure Island. Located right on the beach. We had an awesome view of the Gulf from our room. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool areas were really nice. There’s two whirlpools too. Great staff! We’ll be back! Thank you.

We love this place and the front desk staff, Jules! We booked in October and had the loveliest time..so lovely we decided to come back in November! We feel like home here, and will absolutely come back in the future to create many more family memories!

Beachfront! Gulf front condo with amazing views from 4th floor. We were there over Labor Day and after, it was crowded in the pools over the weekend but after it seems like almost everyone left. Beach chair rental with clam shell canopy a must! Cafe was good. Front desk very helpful. Only con…it could use a deep cleaning but all in all we liked it and plan on coming back next year

We brought my father and mother in law on a vacation with our 5yr old kid. The space was perfect for young and older. The ADU accommodations were perfect for my FIL to follow us around in his scooter or wheelchair, to the pool, working elevators, and fit comfortably inside the condo. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. We also did a LARGE Costco order that was delivered head of time, and our flight was delayed. The awesome front staff made sure to receive all our items, and keep them in a refrigerator for us. I cannot say how amazing all the staff front desk and on the grounds were all superb. Thank you for an amazing stay. I hope we get to come back.

TERRIBLE, worst birthday I ever had , room was never clean, beds weren’t made, floors were filthy and this was all done after 7:00 o’clock at night when we checked in. They tried to suffice with us bottle of wine. They advertise a tiki bar but in reality it was a table with some booze and a cooler of beer. Heater in pool was broken , just a terribly experience
