This is my 5th time coming here. Sadly…it will probably be my last. The first unit they put us in was awful. The couch was so stained…we covered it to sit on it. Both toilets were stained with rust. The one toilet never stopped running. The tub had patches on it from repair. Next morning at 8:30 I went to leave the 5th floor and the elevator wasn’t working. The one wasn’t working when I was here in July. You have to go to another resort to check in or get assistance. My made it down 1 flight of steps to get to our new unit. But she was stuck inside all day because she can’t go up and down steps. I was told a manager would be in at 3. Called around 4. Now told the manager wouldn’t be there until Thursday. It was Tuesday when all this happened. Then I asked to speak to someone that could help me. When I informed that person that the elevator hasn’t worked all day, she had no idea. Then she called me back and said her manager just was over here and rode on the elevator. So I walked out and there was an employee that happened to be here and he even said the elevator didn’t work. I don’t appreciate being lied to. I tried to tell an administrator that I wanted some sort of compensation. She wouldn’t do anything for us. Our small getaway and my mom was stranded in the unit couldn’t go do anything.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. It’s just across the street from the beach with easy access. The staff was very accommodating. A great place for a family. There’s no need to dine out daily with the wonderful kitchen. A quiet place with a clean pool and easy parking. I recommend it for anyone especially families.

Stayed here for one week occupying two units, 508 and 408 with my daughter and her family. See my April review for details of our disappointing experience. Sent several emails to the management after returning to the UK about the condition and cleanliness of the units and before submitting my review without any response. As soon as my review appeared they responded on tripadvisor asking me to contact them directly to discuss my stay. Did so several times still no response. Window dressing from the management who just want to appear to address complaints. Wouldn’t stay here again and don’t have any confidence in the management of this property.

Be very careful when booking with this establishment. I attempted to book time here for Labor Day weekend in early June but never received a confirmation email or acknowledgment it went through. I booked it again and once again no acknowledgment or email. My Grandfather unfortunately passed away and after playing phone tag they were able to find two reservations. I was able to cancel one but not another because it is non-refundable. No wiggle room, no condolences. Just be careful working with companies like this.

We spent the weekend at this place and if it weren't for my sweet boyfriend booking this for us, I would have left immediately and gone somewhere else. I grew up on the beach and am very familiar with how beach properties get worn quickly but there is no excuse for the condition of this place. Every wall, baseboard and piece of furniture needs a coat of paint or deep cleaning. I travel for work, and this is the FIRST time I have ever felt the need to wear flip flops in the shower. We stayed in unit 308. Avoid this place!

We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. I was worried about some of the reviews, but the place overall was great! Some stains on the couch, not exactly deep cleaned in the cabinets, under the beds, etc. and the pans really need replaced as they are non stick with scratches all over them. The beach was across the road and we could see it from the 5th floor which was awesome! The check in is at sunset vistas which is about a couple minute drive up the road - didn’t have any issues with this as check in was smooth. Great for the price too.

The property was very nice the condos very clean and spacious. The only issue I had during my stay was contacting the front for more towels and essentials and the elevator was out 2 nights

I have stayed at the Crystal Palm resort multiple times and this was the worst visit. I’ve had we rented the penthouse suite for six girls three bathrooms. We had not one extra Roll toilet paper. No extra towels for six girls for three nights, it took three visits down the street to get a key that would work went to make coffee in the morning and it still had the coffee grounds from the last people in the pot gross then to top it all off the smoke alarm beat all night long got up took the battery out of the smoke alarm and it’s still beep all night long We did finally get some towels and toilet paper dish soap, hand soap at 11 o’clock at night because they had nobody that could give it to us until then. The place is falling apart would never stay there again.
