Spectacular 2br/2bth isld apartm

Awesome place and great location! My mom and I stayed here for 5 days for a little getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Especially for the price! Great views out the back in the breakfast nook, the two full bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice, and we cooked in the full kitchen every day. A 15-minute walk to the beach, or a 4-minute drive with lots of parking options along Treasure Island beach. The location felt very safe and is surrounded by beautiful houses and condos making for some nice walks around the neighborhood.

Walking Distance to Beach Upon arrival the house smelled really clean. Everything is relatively new and remodeled. It was spacious enough for 5 people. Previous posts mentioned blinds, there are blinds in the bedrooms but not in the living areas. It can get pretty warm in the living areas because of this but there is still plenty of privacy. A lot of reviews mentioned things that were lacking and you can tell they have been trying to fix those things. We really lacked nothing. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and we walked to the beach (11 minute walk with kids/half a mile). It wasn't bad at all - better than searching and paying for parking. Its in a part of town that isn't so busy (more residential) but still close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Never again! BEWARE: When we arrived no blind on door, could see into one bedroom and hallway. No curtains on windows in livingroom and kitchen, or "enclosed balcony". Spiders. No washcloths for showers. Loveseat was broke. No privacy. Bathroom drains wouldn't open up. Steps VERY steep and slick in morning dew, as my wife slipped on the damp last 4 steps face first. Property manager wouldn't answer calls and rude via text messages only. We wanted to leave next day but all he would say was CALL VRBO. VRBO contact was based in Philippines so they were zero help, so we were stuck and not happy at all. NO more VRBO or Isle of Capri ever again.
