Most of the kids play was close

The rooms were super clean and we liked it very much but the SPA and kids playing areas were all closed which was a bit unlikeness. We will try to visit again but we will make to ask if the facilities are available or under maintenance. December is considered a peak session but most of the facilities are closed.
