The hotel's location is very good, it is centrally located yet quiet . All the staff were very friendly, and the food was also good.

We met up with 30 others for a lovely meal at Benners, we did not need to prebook our food choices and the meal was excellent and well priced. We also stayed overnight in this hotel and the reception staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best. A small amount of noise from the Main Street, as the Rose of Tralee festivities were taking place during our stay, thus did not keep us awake. We were offered a later breakfast, as we explained that we were running at 9:30 and wouldn’t be able to have breakfast. It was well worth the wait. All in all a fabulous stay, which the staff made with their friendly can fo attitude.

This hotel is centrally located in Tralee so an ideal location. Unfortunately there is no parking so you must park and PAY in the church carpark beside it. As it is centrally located there are numerous late night bars and restaurants which on our stay there, didn't quieten until near 4am. Now having said that, we booked our stay in February not realising that this was Rose of Tralee week! The reception has ear plugs for guests - that tells you a thing or two about noise levels. The rooms are small, dated and stuffy. If you leave the window open, you can hear the outside noise, close it and the room is unbearably hot. I had asked for a room with Air-con however there is only one room with it according to staff. A lot of guests around us were talking about the heat and the noise with staff so this is a real issue. We got very little sleep if I am honest. What I will say is that the staff in the hotel were so nice and helpful and gave a great welcome. Top marks for staff! We only had one breakfast and it wasn't great, having said that, we ate in the bar in the evening and the food was lovely.

Stayed one night and would have loved to stay longer. I can’t fault this hotel or the staff. They went to huge lengths to make our stay perfect and were friendly and chatty. I loved the slightly old fashioned feel of some of the decor - it gave Benners a unique feel. I’d return tomorrow, in fact I’m hoping to return next year.
