"Lovely staff, as a Whitbread employee out of all the premier inns around Manchester I always gravitate towards coming to this one, well kept clean and tidy area, the view is a bonus and the staff are very friendly and lovely throughout the stay!"

"Great location to stay and watch a football game at Old Trafford. Parking is available and that makes things sweeter.  However, drinking water is not available in bottled form.  Food at the Edge is nice too. Enjoyed the morning view of the cricket ground."

"The poorest stay I’ve had in a Premier Inn in many years. I booked a Premier Plus room and the value for money compared to a standard room is negligible. Yes you get a coffee machine and a mini fridge plus free ultimate WiFi, but for the extra money this is not worth it in the slightest. I love Media City and Salford but this stay has been ruined to be honest, when showering I realised that the seal on the shower door was missing and so my room flooded and I had to use the only towel to soak up the water meaning I had to use my hand towel to dry myself as I was only supplied one towel. Breakfast was awful with wafer thin overcooked and greasy bacon, plus stodgy watery scrambled egg. The mushrooms were dry and poor and the toaster was either warming bread or burnt. Yes I should have complained, but by this point I just drank my coffee and had a pain au chocolate and left. I decided to go back to my room and pack and leave. I was going to the United v Liverpool game and so I ate a breakfast roll near the ground which was absolutely lovely, such a shame but at least United won and saved my weekend…"

"Although just outside the city centre, location is quite accessible as there is a tram stop nearby. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and tidy. No issues with ordering outside food as well. This is second time I have stayed here, and will likely book again in the future."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Manchester Trafford Centre West Premier Inn, Brilliant and Friendly Staff, Bar and Restaurant were amazing. Room was Incredible, Cleaned and Maintained to a very High Standard. Great Lighting With Large TV. Also loved the HDMI input below TV so you can hook up an external device to watch anything on. The USB inputs on each bedside were a great touch too providing charge to my phone without the need to have a plug. and the Bathroom was spot on, Shampoo was provided along with proper hand soap, Hot water, Great Shower Pressure and lastly toilet Seat was secure and not loose and Clean. "

"The hotel was good. Comfy beds, just like one expects from Premier Inn, and the shower pressure was amazing. (We stayed in 104). Cleanliness was as expected. My personal feeling is that I'd prefer toilet rolls to a toilet paper dispenser. Was also a little disappointed that we asked for our room to be remade halfway through our stay and the bedsheets were not changed over. Maybe we needed to be more specific. The restaurant attached to the hotel was not what I'd expect of a Premier Inn. Although the food was great and the service was good (shout-out to the German guy!) the cleanliness and general standards were sub-par. Extremely sticky tables, not been dusted for months, smudged fingerprints on windows and doors, sauce bottles sticky and nearly empty on tables, general cleanliness in the breakfast section was ust not up to standard. We enjoyed our stay overall, however, and would recommend it for others. Parking was £40 for 5 nights, perfectly located next to a bus stop for heading into Manchester."

"This was a great hotel - room was nice, breakfast was nice and it was in a convenient location for getting into Manchester quickly. There is a paid car park nearby which was convenient enough, and you get a discount if you validate the ticket at hotel reception. Oh, and there was a great view from the window!"

"Wasn't very clean, pillows and duvets looked old and grey, bathrooms were not very nice. Cheap and does the job, but in our opinion not worth the money we paid."
