The highlight of my stay at Vila Galé Touros was the outstanding service at Inevitável Restaurant. Luan was exceptionally polite, attentive, and welcoming. Helena and Gleyciane were friendly and professional, making every meal a pleasure. Special thanks to Jackson, the supervisor, for ensuring everything ran perfectly. Truly the best restaurant experience in the resort!

Very beautiful scene with nice pool and nice beach. However, the food was really not good, and the drinks were not good either. The buffet every day was a disaster. They even cut the chocolate and honey with water i believe to make savings. This hotel was built in 2018 but in the room it feels like 1980 or 1990's, the decoration is disappointing.
But the whole disappointment is the food that is not good at all (even if i love brazilian food). it seems like it's a policy from vila gale. I will not return to any vila gale resort anywhere in my life (brazil, portugal), for sure not.

T he highlight of our stay was definitely the hospitality—everyone was incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and the staff went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. The food was another pleasant surprise: varied, flavorful, and satisfying. It’s not high-end gastronomy, but rather simple, honest cooking done well—which we really appreciated. Meals were well-prepared and always had something new to try. Overall, it was a genuinely pleasant experience and we’d happily return.

Dollison was a great bar tender. Had a great time interacting with him. He made many jokes, most of which I didn’t understand, but was great company. If I am to come back to this resort I can only hope that Dollison is there to entertain me and my family again.
