The hotel is well located if you need to visit the adjacent industrial area. Very friendly staff. Simple but good diner options. I read the hotel just changed ownership, so probably renovation of the rooms will take place in the near future. That would make it even better.

De passage sur Toulouse pour une soirée etape. Le standing de l hotel est plutot correcte aux premiers abords. En ce qui concerne les exterieures, piscines bar exterieur salons de jardin. Par contre, les chambres sont anciennes, aucuns equipements, viellotes, couloir, escaliers d un autre temps au niveau deco et proprete. La chambre est petite, salle de bain avec une sorte de douche bricolee ....rideau de douche! Robinet coule gouttes a gouttes. Lunette des toilettes decoloree et ecaillée Repas simple, pas mauvais sans plus. Pour etre a l hotel tous les jours pour raisons pro, je pense pouvoir juger, Alors 4 etoiles c est vraiment completement galvaudé limite 2 ..... Et enfin le prix 185 euros la soirée etape, completement drmesure aux regards de la prestation.. Grosse deception

Je séjourne dans cet hôtel tous les deux mois et demi environ dans le cadre professionnel. Lors de ma première visite, j'ai hésité en raison de son emplacement un peu isolé, sans commerces ni restaurants à proximité. Finalement, ce n’est pas un inconvénient : tout est sur place. Le restaurant est excellent, les chambres sont confortables et impeccablement propres, la piscine ouverte en été, et surtout, le personnel est toujours chaleureux et accueillant. C’est ce qui me fait revenir à chaque fois. Je ne mets pas la note maximale uniquement à cause du petit-déjeuner, que je trouve un peu en dessous du niveau général de l’établissement, sinon c’est un sans faute.

Très loin d'être à 4 étoiles
Cet hôtel est annoncé sur le site pour être un 4 étoiles ce qui est totalement faux. Nous sommes au niveau d'un Ibis budget, à part que ce dernier est beaucoup moins cher. Deux étoiles seraient amplement suffisant. Les boules quies sont nécessaires pour pouvoir se reposer correctement.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la première fois du 7 au 10 avril 2025. Le service est très mauvais: réveil à 7h du matin la 1ère nuit, par une personne qui est rentré dans la chambre en pensant qu’il n’y avait personne....sans avoir vérifié...
Le soir même je passe une commande en room service à 19h...à 20h, n’ayant pas de nouvelle de mon diner, j’ai rappeler le restaurant pour m’apercevoir qu’ils m’avaient oublié.
Le lendemain soir, j’appelle pour un nouveau room service, on me met en attente plus de 15 mins pour finalement devoir rappeler une 2nd puis une 3eme fois pour qu’on me prenne au téléphone....
Femmes de ménage qui parlent fort dans les couloirs et qui travaillent avec la musique à 8h....pas terrible pour ceux qui veulent se reposer un peu le matin.
Alarme incendie qui se declenche à plus de 23h pendant 10 mins sans que l’on sache pourquoi....ca fait beaucoup pour un petit séjour de 3 nuits.... dommage parce que l’hôtel parait plutôt calme et tranquille sinon.
