La chambre était correct malgré les taches sur le sol de la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Le receptioniste tres désagréable pour quelqu'un qui travaille dans le secteur du service je travaille dans la restauration et je me permettrait pas de répondre à des clients cimme ça !! Dommage

Missing blanket on the bed at arrival. The bread was old and dry at breakfast. My linnen and towels weren't changed during my 5 day visit. The overall cleaning of the room and the hotel was bad, etc..

Très déçu 😞 Les photos sur sites vendent du rêve. On a connu mieux niveau propreté, matériel et sécurité. - la porte d'entrée reste ouverte tout le temps...Pas de mesure de sécurité - La poignée de la fenêtre est cassée (aucune aération possible) - La robinetterie de l'évier (salle d'eau) est à deux doigts de tomber - Le boîtier de la climatisation fait très fragile (dès qu'on y touche, fait des claquements sans arrêt) - poussières sur la télévision et au sol Ils ont essayé de le rénover (deco) mais il est mal entretenu. Dommage 😞

Ça fait 2 fois que je viens et 2 fois un peu tard. Hormis qu'il n'y ai plus d'accueil on nous envois un faux numéro pour rentrer. On reste donc dehors. Pas très sympa pour un hotel. Quand on appelle un responsable il nous dit que c'est normal et que les numeros envoyer automatiquement par mail pour rentrer sont toujours faux. Résultat attente 45 mn de 22h30 a 23h15...et il pleuvait...hôtel a fuir !!!!!
