When we arrived hotel staff was very kind to check with us in advance. Check in was very smooth with all the information given,. Good size room with own kitchen and terrace with table and chairs. Clean and comfortable bed. We booked two apartments 2nd and 4th floor, Great Location close to train station and supermarket, and close to centre of the city walking distance, we were given two keys for each apartments which opens 2 entrance doors, one on the Bayard street and the one on main building to the apartments, there is also lift to all floors, with emergency stairs exits to ground floor, There is only one person after 3:00pm at the counter,. Reception area is comfy it is great meeting spot with sofas breakfast area is nice too. All deco is very nice. Bathroom very clean with soap and towels included,.Wi-Fi,TV and anything you need to cook as kitchenette fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware, of course with table and chairs,. The only thing was that all the nights we stayed at night after 10:00 / 10:30pm was very noisy to sleep, we were not able to sleep a good night sleep. We did made a complain to hotel staff who said he was very sorry an will pass this issue to the manager and also he mentioned that there were other guests who also had same issues. The day we checked out we spoke to the lady manager who was very kind to listen to issues we had. Promised to get back to finalise issues, took all the details, email and phone number,. She did came back emailing me saying that they offered giving one night as in compensation when you return to Toulouse in feature, and they have blacklisted the people do disrespected the peace of their establishment and the sleep of many guests.,but as I am not able to go back Toulouse for quite some time as I am travelling other places, she then had a final discussion with her senior manager/director and came back with delighted news that a refund of one night has been accepted., and still waiting for the reply since then . Apart from this I would recommend this Appart hotel as its very clean and comfortable and close to all amenities tourists attractions and easy living,city centre , shops, supermarket , short stay and long stays, whether for business or leisure activities. I picked this place based on location and reviews. Spot on. Beautiful and clean 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with a balcony facing the courtyard. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the nice pool was a highlight. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to cook in the full size kitchen breakfast and dinner. We ate out for lunch. They do offer breakfast for 16.50 euros, but in our room we had breakfast for 6 euros for the 4 of us. An organic bakery is right across the way, although a better one is found at the end of the street. There is a mini-supermarket Lidl kiddie corner, and a much better Carrefour City about 1 and 1/2 blocks. There are restaurants and cafés around. The Victor Hugo market practically around the corner and the train station about 5-10 minute walk up the street. The metro station Jeanne d'Arc is down the street just over 5 minute walk. The Capitole is a good 15 minute walk, but only two metro stops. The street is quiet with a diverse population. Very safe. I must name two of the employee for their exceptional service. Timothée and Moustafa went beyond the minimum to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality was beyond compare. They helped us with everything. Check-in was fast. We also got the underground parking. I recommend it because parking space is sparse on the street and it keeps your car safe. The parking is tight and we had a C5 SUV which was sometime hard to maneuver in these little spaces. Reserve it when you book to ensure getting a space. There is also a laundry: be warned that there is no dryer. So you have to hang your clothes on a rack dryer. Overall, if we were coming back to Toulouse we would stay there again.
