The hotel is nice and well located, right in the city center. The rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Its central location makes it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.

The hotel puts a coffee machine but without capsules so it's not very practical I stayed there before and they used to put a kettle and coffee packs which was good to have a coffee in the morning

The apartment is in a good location, right by the river. There is a parking lot nearby for convenient parking. The front desk service hours are not always available, which is a bit inconvenient. The room is large, the facilities are relatively old, and there is a very small TV.

Great hotel and well received but the connection was not strong enough in the room

Pretty poor in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Not even the TV worked. The best part was the bathroom.

Excellent service. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Pleasant staff.

The location is perfect for a visit to Toulouse. It has a small kitchen with utensils that works very well.
