The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this home stay for anyone visiting downtown. The owner of the hotel is very kind and very accommodating, we feel like we are at home. And the staff as well. We will definitely come back to this place.

Nice hotel and once the pool is finished it will be a great addition. Staff are very friendly and helpful however can be hard to find in evenings if you need anything. The room was very spacious but we were surprised it didn't get cleaned or new towels etc at all over our 4 night stay. Location is a bit further from town but easy enough to get in for dinner.

What can i say..Dont think twice..Booked this hotel right away.The owner Raquel is very helpful and been so accomodating.She will try to assist you as much as she could.Not to forget to mention Japhet..This guy deserve an award for Best Hospitality.He assist me with a lot of thing and he even help me to get around Moalboal to get me to rent a motorbike and he even help me to sent me to the bus station.This property is VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE...This property deserve much more better Good Review.Overall experience BEST OF THE BEST !!!

That was so awesome and perfect. We wanted to stay more. Definitely will come back for a week or even more. Don’t book for 1-2 nights, just stay there for more! We had family suit with 2 bedrooms. So spacious, clean, brand new. The hosts Raquel and Nic are incredible, it was so nice to talk to them. They organised for us all movements (cars, tricycles, vans) for very good prices. Hello to every reader of the review. First thing first, the hosts are amazing people Nic and Raquel who actually made our stay feels as at home. Nice talks and great advises during the stay. Room is branded new, very clean and made with a care of hosts, who live the same room as anybody in hotel. So they’ve made it to cover all the needs. Large bad with great quality textile, slippers for shower, hot water and blackout curtains. A very nice common area, where you can grab a cup of coffee, to smoke or just to share the experiences with other guests. You can rent a bike right in the hotel. It’s so comfortable, cause you don’t need to waste your time to find out better price or location any etc. you take it here and then just leave a key at the reception. That’s it. Nic an Raquel has find a nice travel operator who provides all the activities among the island Cebu. We went for Whale sharks in Oslob and Sardines ang turtle in Panagsama. That’s was amazing. And the guides are so nice and friendly. Location it’s the one last amazing thing. If you take a bike, you’re in the middle of everything. Lots of cafes, shops, great nature and snorkeling. Raquel and Nic, thank you a lot! Anytime we’ll decide to come Moalboal, we’ll 100% turn back! Wish everything the best to your family! Thank you for hospitality 🤍

A cozy hotel away from the noisy streets. The rooms are simple but clean. It's a 20-minute walk to the street with cafes and shops.

This house is beautiful in all its presentations. I want to list its advantages: 1) first of all, of course, you need to cancel the hosts (Nick and Raquel). Two incredibly kind, energizing people) they will tell you everything: where to eat, where to walk, where to go and what to see. 2) with such wonderful hosts, an equally wonderful team works harmoniously (Jappet, Avigail). The guys did not leave your side for a step during the entire vacation and also gave answers to many questions and helped with everything) 3) location. The place is located not far from the main bustle (20 minutes on foot, 5 on a tricycle or moped). But at the same time far enough so that it is quiet, calm, cozy. When you walk along Panaxama Beach, you will understand why it is better to live further away. 4) I can take you to the city on a tricycle, the owners also rent out mopeds (at a price several times lower than in the city) it doesn't get any cheaper. 5) you can also have breakfast at the hotel for an extra fee (delicious American breakfast with omelet, mango and bacon, toast) 6) has a swimming pool, clean, well-maintained, also open at night 7) the room was quite small, but at the same time had everything you need (especially air conditioning). The rooms are always clean, the bed linen is pleasant to the body, there is a basic set for taking a shower. 8) the atmosphere! What cozy and happy evenings we spent there! You can't imagine! And during our arrival, the neighbors coincided so much that we sat and could talk for hours with each other and with the owners! Everything is like home here: warm, soulful, atmospheric!! Ideal hotel for such a price. There is a swimming pool, inexpensive breakfasts with mango and bacon. Clean and spacious rooms. Look like new. Of the minuses, only a section of the road in front of the hotel. Very poor quality and not lit.

If you are traveling with your family and like quietness, I highly recommend this hotel. The family room has two bedrooms and a living room, and the space is very spacious. Although the facilities are not as good as those of the luxurious resorts, they are basically sufficient. The owner Nick has been responding to my questions and needs in a timely and patient manner before checking in. The hotel staff, including the cats and dogs in the store, are very friendly. During breakfast or in the lazy afternoon, there are also tourists reading and chatting in the restaurant. There are more and more foreigners who have been to China or worked in China, so it is naturally easy to chat together. During the day, cattle, sheep, chickens and dogs frequently appear around, and at night, there are naturally frogs and insects, but it is definitely more comfortable than the dynamic electronic music of the restaurants around the busy roads. Occasionally there are some small watermelon worms, and mosquitoes don’t seem to bite people much. It is about a 5-minute drive from the dive shop and the dining area. You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel. It is very convenient with strong horsepower and simple roads. It would be perfect if this small section of road at the door could be leveled. The store allowed me to check out late, which made my arrangements smoother. I went for four days and three nights, did 7 dives in total, saw many new creatures, and it was a journey worth remembering.

If you choose a hotel on Maoboal, you can be sure, take this one without thinking! The best option. Excellent owners. They greeted us very well. We also rented a bike from them, and excursions. You can also order a delicious breakfast. The location is quiet, but the main streets and the sea are 3 minutes away by bike. We recommend

The hotel is located on a quiet street, 10 minutes drive from White and Panagsama beaches. The rooms are clean, have air conditioning and a ceiling fan, shower accessories are available. Unlike many hotels in the Philippines, there is a place to put things (floor hanger + chest of drawers + desk) The staff says that Russians are frequent guests here, so they have learned basic phrases in Russian. For 250 pesos they can prepare an American-style breakfast (egg, sausage/bacon, toast and fruit of the day). Transfer from the hotel to Mactan airport is 2200 pesos. They also help with renting a bike.

Such a good owner, a retired American FBI, very responsible, provided free tutu when we went to the beach for dinner, haha, I will go there next time, there is also a very good diving shop
