Extremely top level service. Best hospitality ever witnessed in the whole town.

It was good. It was a little bit far from Panagasama beach - around 20 min on foot, but it was quiet and calm here, no music, no karaoke. So we could sleep well there. We could rent scooter right in hotel for 350 peso per 24 hours, and came back it got deposit without any problem. At reception you can get free instant tea and coffee, refill your bottle with cold water. There was good wifi there, so I didn't buy local SIM card and I could work online in room.  If I come back to Maolboal I defenetly will stay in this hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this home stay for anyone visiting downtown. The owner of the hotel is very kind and very accommodating, we feel like we are at home. And the staff as well. We will definitely come back to this place.

Stayed at Casablanca Inn for two nights—one of our favorite places in Moalboal! The grounds and rooms are spotless and thoughtfully designed. We could rent a motorbike with zero hassle. The common areas are cozy and perfect for chilling. We loved the calm location—just a short tricycle ride/Motorbike ride into town. Overall, an outstanding stay—we’ll happily return!

Great experience however the water in the bathroom in the morning will open at 7am but you can ask or inform the staff or the owner to open it earlier if you will use the water before 7am but over all the room is very spacious and very clean good for big families and big groups!

Casablanca Inn was exactly what I needed. Beautiful property. Very clean. The salt water pool was wonderful to relax in. The staff were all amazing. All of them willing to help with whatever I needed. The owners were lovely! Nick and Raquel hit it out of the park with this place. Check it out.

Nice hotel and once the pool is finished it will be a great addition. Staff are very friendly and helpful however can be hard to find in evenings if you need anything. The room was very spacious but we were surprised it didn't get cleaned or new towels etc at all over our 4 night stay. Location is a bit further from town but easy enough to get in for dinner.

What can i say..Dont think twice..Booked this hotel right away.The owner Raquel is very helpful and been so accomodating.She will try to assist you as much as she could.Not to forget to mention Japhet..This guy deserve an award for Best Hospitality.He assist me with a lot of thing and he even help me to get around Moalboal to get me to rent a motorbike and he even help me to sent me to the bus station.This property is VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE...This property deserve much more better Good Review.Overall experience BEST OF THE BEST !!!

That was so awesome and perfect. We wanted to stay more. Definitely will come back for a week or even more. Don’t book for 1-2 nights, just stay there for more! We had family suit with 2 bedrooms. So spacious, clean, brand new. The hosts Raquel and Nic are incredible, it was so nice to talk to them. They organised for us all movements (cars, tricycles, vans) for very good prices. Hello to every reader of the review. First thing first, the hosts are amazing people Nic and Raquel who actually made our stay feels as at home. Nice talks and great advises during the stay. Room is branded new, very clean and made with a care of hosts, who live the same room as anybody in hotel. So they’ve made it to cover all the needs. Large bad with great quality textile, slippers for shower, hot water and blackout curtains. A very nice common area, where you can grab a cup of coffee, to smoke or just to share the experiences with other guests. You can rent a bike right in the hotel. It’s so comfortable, cause you don’t need to waste your time to find out better price or location any etc. you take it here and then just leave a key at the reception. That’s it. Nic an Raquel has find a nice travel operator who provides all the activities among the island Cebu. We went for Whale sharks in Oslob and Sardines ang turtle in Panagsama. That’s was amazing. And the guides are so nice and friendly. Location it’s the one last amazing thing. If you take a bike, you’re in the middle of everything. Lots of cafes, shops, great nature and snorkeling. Raquel and Nic, thank you a lot! Anytime we’ll decide to come Moalboal, we’ll 100% turn back! Wish everything the best to your family! Thank you for hospitality 🤍

The owner was so kind and welcoming us. The room was so clean and wifi worked well. I will definitely visit here again when i go to moalboal next time. Thank you for making good memories. See you again soon.

We really liked the hotel, there is a large swimming pool with lighting. There is WiFi, a TV with YouTube. No complaints about the staff. Although it is not located so close to the center, they have a scooter for rent for 350 pesos. This is a very good price for rent. I especially liked the girl Abigeil, she will always help and explain everything, if desired, she will prepare a delicious breakfast for an additional fee. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Wonderful hotel away from Panagsama beach, 20 minutes walk, nice spacious clean room, which has everything, well-kept green area, there is a swimming pool. Additionally you can order breakfast for 250 pesos. Convenient for a quiet holiday.
