Amazing

The location of the hotel is amazing. Near airport and cruise port. Staff is super friendly. The rooms are pretty worn out but for one night it’s ok. They definitely need to update the windows, every time a train comes a long you can hear the sound from the railway crossing. The elevators are terrifying but it seems they are currently updating them.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in San Diego and it was fine overall. The location is great, just a short walk to the cruise terminal, which was really convenient. However, the elevator is very slow, so be prepared for that. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are a few things that could be better.

Clean and comfortable hotel with excellent location and good breakfast. But there some things that I didn’t like: 1. There are just 2 elevators for the whole building, so you will probably have to wait 5-10 minutes to use it. 2. Parking is $40 per night, which is a too expensive (private parking near hotel is cheaper) 3. Breakfast area is not huge, sometimes you need to wait for free spot. Otherwise everything was pretty good.

Location is perfect. The location is perfect if you are hanging around in the downtown (USS midway museum, the Kiss, Maritime museum), little Italy and Bilbao Park. It’s also located just beside the Amtrak San Diego Santa Fe Depot Station as well as the Metro Little Italy station, around 5-8 mins walking distance. Pillow smells bad One of the pillow smells really bad. Breakfast is buffet and it’s good I think. Got waffle maker, toast, bagel, fried eggs, sausages, milk, juice, coffee & tea. No slipper, no toothbrush/toothpaste I was shocked when found there is NO Slipper, NO toothbrush nor toothpaste provided. This is the first hotel I ever know that these basic supplies are not provided. Please do remember to bring your own. Coffee maker, hair drier, hangers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are provided.

Convenience location at downtown, close to airport and gaslamp quarter. Well maintained room and nice to us. Provided free breakfast, more options than expected But not helpful customer service. We asked if they have worldcup from TV at the room or at the restaurant. they said no resulted we explored other options. And finally, we saw everyone at the breakfast restaurant were watching worldcup.

When we checked into our room they did not mention there was a $40 charged for parking they just asked if we were parking there and we said yes but they failed to tell us about the charge, the supervisor later said there was a sign stating the charge for the parking which we did not see. We got into our room number 303 on the third floor and we're getting ready to settle in when we see a big roach on the curtain. My fiancé called the front desk and we got moved to another room . We forgot an item on the last room where the roach was at so we had to go back and it was like 30 min later they had checked in a guest already so no fumigation or anything they just straight out put someone in that room. Overall bad experience I called the supervisor and was not apologetic or seemed to care.

It doesn't matter if the room is small, after all, it's in downtown. But there is a railway crossing next to it, which was clanging all night, and the soundproofing in the room is too poor! I don't recommend staying here

The location of this hotel is very good. Just across the street you will reach the seaside park in San Diego, where there is a ship museum. In that seaside restaurant, you can have a drink and watch the sunset. This is the sunny life in California. I will definitely stay at the hotel next time I come. The picture shows a restaurant by the sea. It is very beautiful before and after sunset, and it is not expensive.

The hotel is clean and the interior environment is good. I like the big sofa. But that's all the advantages. It's next to the light rail, Little Italy. It's convenient, but it's next to the railway crossing. The trains are really noisy in the middle of the night. There are not only passenger trains like Coaster and Pacific Surfliner on that track, but also large freight trains. The smell of the street when you turn right out of the hotel is really a bit explosive. There are no slippers, toothbrushes and water. They are sold downstairs, 💲4 a bottle. But the lobby guy is nice and gave me a bottle. Breakfast is a disaster. There are so many people, and the hot food is scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes. The rest is to make your own bread and queue up to make waffles. The apple juice machine produces clear water...

The hotel is right by the sea, a 10-minute walk from the Aircraft Carrier Museum. Parking fee is 40/night. It is recommended to walk around the surrounding streets and maybe find a place to park overnight.

The location is excellent, you can walk to the beach and museums, etc. The room facilities are old, but clean. It has its own garage, but the parking fee is 40/day.
