All in all nice place. Bathrooms dated and shower cubicle not good. I would rate as a 3 star not four as no shampoo etc and in need of better facilities in rooms. That said, very pleasent stay, good staff and very central

Well located in the capitole with access to great food places around. The downside is the room is quite small and the lack of amenities such as the gym. Overall decent stay for business travel and short holiday in Toulouse.

I’ve been using Novotel hotels all over the world but this is far the worst where I’ve been. First of all the room had a tiny night table where I couldn’t put my phone and glasses… second there were holes in the wall, and several stains all over (on the carpet, on the walls, on the windows). The air conditioning was not properly working, but it was impossible to sleep with the windows open due to the noise outside (which is normal give the location). It was definitely too worm at night. I had a room with breakfast included. Otherwise I would have never paid 20€ for it. Lastly, every time your neighbors walk, the walls shake like crazy. I was woke up at 5:30 because in the room above they were packing. Unacceptable. The only nice thing of the hotel is the location. Not recommended.
