Location of the hotel is quite convenient when you take the airport bus to the city centre Hotel is decent and clean

Few mins walk from train station and easy to get to the city center by foot or metro. The hotel interior is a bit old/dated but spacious. There is small but nice gym for those who want to stay active while traveling.

Very good hotel with excelent service and wonderfull breackfast.

The room is quite large. Parking is not cheap.

There was a strong smell of carpet cleaner upon entering the room. It was still the same after changing the room. There was no ventilation, the windows could not be opened, and the central air conditioner did not work well. I hope the hotel can improve it. Other hardware is pretty good.

The check-in experience was very bad. I originally booked a high-rise room and then gave our room to someone else because of the similar name. The guest downgraded the room and did not offer a refund. In the end, Ctrip posted a new room with a bar under it. It was very noisy at night before going to bed after two When I checked out, I had to repeatedly deduct a breakfast fee because I parked in the city park at the beginning and didn’t bring a ticket. I asked the front desk if I could open it for me. The front desk said it’s not their hotel. In the end, because I couldn’t speak French, I had to ring the doorbell several times. The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in

硬件配套設施很好，但是服務一般，不知為何收多了稅，建議酒店在客戶服務想提升，但是環境設施衛生都不錯！

房間非常差，然後酒店員工沒有任何專業性可言，再沒有敲門的，我正在換衣服，直接進入我的房間。

挺好的幫你停車 就是早餐不值得比較拉胯

早餐也不錯，兩大一小一間房很舒適！
