We we’re so relaxed, saw a wild fox when we were in the spa. The food was soo good. The check-in isn’t 24/7 which is so hard. We had to leave early. So we had to pay online. After we left. But overal great experience. We were well rested.

The environment is very good and parking is convenient. I especially like the large windows in the room, which can be opened completely, and the beautiful scenery outside the window is in front of me. The quality of food and service is very good. I stayed in January for one day and the room was very hot. I found out in the morning that the heating in the room is adjustable. It’s too hot and we can’t blame the hotel; the hotel elevator runs erratically and there’s an obvious feeling of frustration; the toilet flushing sound in the bathroom is extremely loud; the toys in the children’s activity room are limited and incomplete; the billiards table tennis only has two cues, and one of them has no head; the wardrobe The underwear rack cannot be reached into the bathroom, so hand-washed clothes can be hung directly in the closet without worrying about dripping water and getting the closet wet.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas para nada. Como mucho 3 estrellas por su spa nada mas. La cena a 32€ sin bebida para un bufet muy pobre es exagerada
La habitacion vale un 2 estrellas , no han cambiado la toalla grande el dia siguiente . Solo el chico de la recepcion y el del bar muy profesionel los dos y muy amables.

Pésima experiencia. Me cancelaron la reserva el mismo día, sin previo aviso, dejándome tirado y obligándome a cancelar todas mis actividades. Una falta de profesionalismo inaceptable. No les importa en absoluto el cliente, solo su conveniencia. Eviten este hotel a toda costa si no quieren arruinar sus planes. Si podéis evitad este hotel!

Esto no es un 4*S ni de lejos. Habitación sucia, almohadas cada cama con una distinta y una con pelusas. La peor noche de mi vida en hotel, se oye TODO! Horrible. 200€ por una noche para olvidar. El spa nada que ver con las fotos y el desayuno digno de un hotelucho de 3 estrellas básico.

Para empezar la piscina climatizada estaba dentro del spa y en la web se presenta como un servicio aparte. En otros hoteles con piscina interior es posible utilizar el sentido cargo. El hecho de que hubiera una piscina interior fue una de las cosas que nos hizo escoger este hotel. Fue muy decepcionante. El agua del spa no está suficientemente caliente y había saunas que no funcionaban. También había mucha gente y niños muy pequeños en un horario reservado para adultos. En la habitación de mis hijos la calefacción estaba fortísima y no fue cómodo dormir para ellos aunque hablamos con recepción dos veces. El segundo día el servicio de habitaciones no hizo la de mis hijos aunque era contigua a la nuestra. Tampoco había jabón de manos en los lavabos ni vasos. Todo esto me parece que un hotel de cuatro estrellas debe cuidarlo y la relación calidad precio me parece muy mala. Hemos estado en hoteles de cuatro estrellas con mucho mejor precio y mejor servicio. Como cosas positivas el servicio en general de todos los trabajadores fue excelente, la situación del hotel y el buffet del desayuno y la cena, algo justo pero de calidad.

Hotel en medio de la nada, perfecto para ir a esquiar a La Masella o La Molina. No hay nada alrededor por lo que se debe tener en cuenta. Si quieres salir a cenar debes ir a Puigcerdà o otros pueblos a mínimo 30min. Habitaciones amplias, cama muy grande y cómoda. Desayuno correcto. Pero muy caro y sobrevalorado por lo que es. Tiene piscina y spa que no usamos, seguro que es buena opción para después de una jornada de ski.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Debajo de la cama había vasos sucios, papeles ... Eso denota que lo de la limpieza a fondo de habitaciones no va con ellos. En cuanto al spa el agua estaba más bien fría y varios espacios no funcionaba. En general deja bastante que desear. El buffet carísimo para lo que es. 32euros sin incluir la bebida. En mi opinión no es un 4 estrellas real. No lo recomiendo
