The rooms are nice, but the hotel is so badly soundproofed that you hear everything happening in the street as if it were happening in your own room. And if that’s not enough, you also get all the noise coming from your neighbors’ rooms. A real sleepless festival!

Charming hotel in a great location in Torun; easy walk to all the major sites; great breakfast buffet; staff was super helpful and friendly; would definitely stay here again!

Love this hotel. Rebooked here instead of another hotel I was booked for in a few min because this one is better. Breakfast is above average to excellent. Room is very nice. Staff went far over and above.

This was a planned visit for 2020 however due to pandemic we finally did it at the beginning of this month. During this time, we postponed our arrival several times and each tlme we have seen full understanding and cooperation of the reception. Therefore we very thankful to them. The place of the hotel is just beside the old town where you can see and feel the history. Rooms were confortable and very clean. So, I strongly advise the upcoming visitors to stay in this hotel with a reasonable price and with full satisfaction. I would like to thank you them once more and hope to see them again.

The location is perfect. The staff are extremely helpful. Breakfasts are a good variety and quality. Wi-Fi is very good. Wonderful smoking area. Elevator to upper floors. Very good bathroom facilities and air-conditioning. Extremely good value for money. Appreciated and enjoyed my stay very much. Tetiana, Kyiv, Ukraine

We stayed one night in this hotel and had a great stay. The hotel is located opposite the cathedral (not a problem) and 1min from the city centre (so it is quieter). The room we had was good and the beds comfortable and the bathroom was quite big for the room. However as we were on the 1st floor, we could hear the sounds of the chairs as people were leaving the breakfast room. Breakfast offered a good variety and staff was nice.
