The hotel seems to be a converted school dormitory. The room is very small. The so-called bed is just a converted sofa. There is only one pillow for two beds, and you have to make your own sheets and bedspreads. What's more bizarre is that the two rooms share a bathroom and toilet, and the sound of opening the door is very loud, which really affects sleep. The shower head couldn't be fixed. I told the front desk every day but they never came to fix it. I could only squat while showering. The breakfast only has bread, eggs, cucumbers, peppers, coffee and juice, which is very simple. The hotel doesn't even have an elevator, and you have to carry your suitcases and luggage up the stairs yourself. Overall it's really bad.

Cheap accommodation in Torshavn
Relatively cheap accommodatipn in Torshavn, rooms were fine with nice view over the city. There was a shared bathroom with another room. Breakfast was ok but quite simple.

Best for the price
There is a grocery store and bus stop nearby. The shared bathroom is a little weird. The window provides all the cool air you’ll ever need. The bed is a little firm and the one pillow is nonexistent because it’s extremely thin.

Fine value
For the price, it's acceptable.
The breakfast was great.
There is a big supermarket just 200 meters away.
Downsides:
Reception was open only 8 hours per day (14-22). It could be an issue for some travelers.
It's 2 km uphill from the city center. There is a free bus, but it doesn't go that often.
There was no ventilation in the room. We had to open the window once every few hours but Faroe Islands are cold, windy and rainy.

The place is nice and clean. Checking in was kind of messy and that could easily be solved by sending a message to the guest beforehand with an instruction.
