I stayed at the Torrington Ct. One. I was very pleased with everything…. The staff was AMAZING… I had a walker because of a knee issue and the staff was more then AMAZING… housekeeping actually stopped what they were doing and helped me take stuff out to my car… even management helped !! My room was clean and comfortable… I will definitely return and recommend ♥️

This place is in need of updating! Grungy carpets in common areas, dark corridors. FULL SIZE beds, not queen or king. Peeling paint in both rooms. Glad we were only staying one night.!

room 212: faucet leaked water onto the sink where the water damage my toothpaste and other belongins. Toilet seat loose and broken. clock and phone could not be plugged in. i reported to froint desk and was told, all the rooms are like this on the second floor! The carpet was disgusting. I will not stay at this days inn again.
