You'll love this huge, spacious apartment! It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals with views out the large windows. The dining area host a low to the floor art table perfect for lounging. There are bar stools for those less comfortable on the floor.
The living room and dining area are big and bright with large, south-facing picture windows. The cozy couches are great to relax and enjoy the quiet sounds of the country, or watch the flatscreen TV. There is a queen size futon for extra guests.
The bathroom and laundry room are fully stocked and supplied with everything you might need while away from home.
The backdoor opens onto a large deck and an expansive view of Velvet Ridge Mesa and steps leading down to a spacious 3/4 acre, fully fenced backyard.
Recover in a spacious and comfortable apartment close to Capitol Reef, beautiful views in every direction. Ample free parking with excellent WIFI and cell service.
When you arrive, go up the front stairs to your private entrance on the west side of the building, Door #6. There is a keyless entry system to enter your code and let yourself in. We will supply you with the entry code after booking and before your check-in date. There is ample free parking.
The house has 6 apartments in it. There will be other people sharing the building during your stay, so expect to share walls, parking, porches, and the backyard. I live close by on the property. I have very limited interaction with guests to ensure your privacy and have a contactless check in and check out system. We spent three days in Torrey in order to explore Capitol Reef and the surrounding area. This apartment is probably more than we needed, but it would be a great place to stay for a family with kids. The location is great -- right in town -- and the apartment had pretty much everything we needed. It was a lovely place to stay. (And nice to have yummy coffee on the shelf to make in the morning.)

Great space for our visit to Capitol Reef! Didn’t use the kitchen much but seemed to be stocked well. Loved the eco friendly products and the ability to do laundry between camping. Didn’t always hear back from Danielle about lights, but was overall a great spot!

Great location in Torrey
The property is as described in the listing. It an inviting place and the owner is a good communicator. If exploring Capitol Reef or the environs near by, this is a fine location. I plan to stay there again when going to the area.

The BEST Rental Home!!!!
We absolutely LOVED our time at the artsy home. The living room is huge and we were even able to bring a twin air mattress for one of our kids and it was not in the way at all. The bed is very comfortable and it even has a jacuzzi bathtub. The space, patio, backyard and game room made the place feel even bigger. It was easy to relax and hang here. Capital reef was an easy 15 minute drive, and then we spent the entire afternoon just relaxing and hanging out in the game room and house. The coffee shop/cafe in the same parking lot is so cute and delicious. The place was quiet and peaceful, and if we ever do come back we will stay here again. After a VRBO small mixup the host was so kind to call, explain it all and accommodate our family so well! We are so glad we stayed here!!!!

A very comfortable place to stay in this small community. Several restaurant options nearby to choose from. The apartment was larger than I expected and well stocked! Easy check in and check out.

Base for Capital Reef
This apartment was amazing for our group of 4. Close to Capital Reef and great restaurants within walking distance. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
