Amamos a pousada. Além de tudo limpo, confortável e bem cuidado possui um restaurante muito bom com serviço de praia, empréstimo de cadeiras, brinquedos e bolas para crianças, aluguel de bicicleta e ainda numa área privilegiada de Torres. Lindo demais! Agradeço a todos os funcionários se exceção que nos cuidaram muito bem e em especial a Ana que fez nosso check in e foi muito atenciosa.

Pousada beira mar. Otimas Instalaçoes. Serviço de praia. Atendentes prestativos e atenciosos. Restaurante com pratos gostosos e bem servidos, custo beneficio otimo. Cafe da manhã muito bom, doces e salgados, croasan de chocolate. Omelete e ovos mexidos feitos na hora.

Estadia maravilhosa. Foi a primeira vez que nos hospedamos na Baluarte, ficamos surpresos positivamente com a estrutura da pousada, localização, restaurante e somados a uma equipe muito atenciosa.

Foi a terceira vez que ficamos na pousada, o que indica que voltamos porque gostamos. Porém desta vez foi diferente: o café da manhã é bom mas cheio de moscas voando. Não permitem pegar guarda sol a mais, sendo que tinham famílias com mais de um e pertencentes ao mesmo quarto, o que indica que existem “dois pesos e duas medidas”. Pedimos uma cadeira a mais para apoiar as comidas que pedimos na praia do próprio restaurante do hotel, também não permitem pois é apenas para o número de pessoas do quarto (sendo que estava cheio de cadeiras e guarda sol sobrando, dito pelos próprios funcionários que relatam estar “ cumprindo ordens ao dizer não”) O banheiro uma imundice, não foi higienizado nenhuma vez o vaso sanitário, um verdadeiro nojo, apenas jogam um líquido azul sem higienizar. Talvez seja falta de orientação para os funcionários da limpeza. Agora o hóspede precisa ficar com uma pulseira durante a hospedagem, não gostamos disso pois você anda pela cidade e todo mundo sabe onde você está hospedado. Infelizmente não voltaremos e também não vamos indicar mais para os conhecidos, como fazíamos antes. Os recepcionistas já foram mais simpáticos e atenciosos.
