It was OK. The front desk guy was nice. Public areas were clean. However I think they need to upgrade their bed covers.it is not ok to have a top sheet ad a cover in winter time.lol

Staff is very good. But location something far from Madrid City center.

Very clean, the bed is normal, the bed linen is a bit ugly, customer service is basic, a bit far from the airport and buses don't run early

Todo bien, habitacion justa para una persona. Ubicacion cercana al centro de torrejón.

I made a reservation for 8 days, I spoke to see if they could receive my suitcases before the check-in time since I was leaving Spain and had to leave the suitcases, and was assisted by a boy named Joel or Yoel, who told me that there was no no problem leaving them. So my flight left at 10:50 am and I agreed to leave the suitcases with the hostel at 08:30 am, however I was waiting until 11:10 when the girl at the reception opened the door. Thus missing my flight. At the end I paid for the missed flight as if I had stayed in a 5 star hotel

Fue para pocas horas para descansar. Limpio y cómodo. Para estancias cortas bien. El dueño nos ofreció habitación con baño sin estar en el contrato. La zona de aparcamiento buena. El precio bueno para lo que es. Facilidad de llegada. Todo bien.
