good location , but very close to the place we plan to go ; Good food

The location is convenient for air travelers as its close located to the airport. The staff is friendly and rooms are typical Spanish standard (perhaps 1 hotel star less for German ratings). Overall a good place.

I really liked the accommodation

The sanitary conditions are too bad! ! Located in an industrial area, it seems that not many people stay here usually. There is a lot of dust in the room, especially on the table, there are jam-like residues. The sanitary conditions are comparable to those of a former guesthouse.

The room is very good, the service staff is very friendly, the sanitary conditions are good, the environment is beautiful, and the facilities are complete.

The location is the worst because it is remote, since it is located in an industrial estate and if you go without a car it is difficult to get there. Otherwise everything was great, the facilities, the service and the rooms taken care of in detail. 100% recommended to disconnect.

Located in an industrial estate in Torrejón but with 4-star rooms and services but much cheaper than in Madrid or other surrounding areas. If you have a car, it is a good option, especially if you need several rooms, as is our case.

Por motivos sobrevenidos y justificados documentalmente , tuve que abandonar la estancia por asuntos profesionales ( suspensión de un juicio ), y el Hotel se negó a reservar la parte no consumida , a pesar de haber devuelto la habitación, y haber informado del motivo que me abocó a tener que dejar el alojamiento antes de tiempo . No reclamé en ningún momento el reembolso , solo que me descontaran de mi próxima reserva una parte de la estancia que no completé, y no me dieron opción alguna . No son flexibles y con esta política pierden calientes recurrentes .

I reserved for a stop over in Madrid before flying to America and though I was under the impression it was next to Barajas airport T4, it's really far, it cost me 40 euros the taxi from the airport, same for UBER or Bolt. The Hotel is nice, but in an aera surrounded by industrial warehouses and Logistics, you have the Carrier, some Amazon warehouses, at the end it's not a nice experience to walk and there are very few restaurants around, so you stick to the Hotel's, which is not bad and not overly expensive. They don't provide with a Shuttle to the airport, even though some websites say so, they told me they stopped with the pandemic and didn't run it again. The shower not so clean, the pillow looks like 2 concrete bricks, no many options, didn't sleep well. The price is ok but when you take the transportation into consideration you'll be better with a hotel by Barajas.

Had a super room with good facilities. The location is not brilliant with railway station a mile away. Parking is reasonably charged. Staff are very helpful and the food is really good. Wi-fi is very poor on the ground floor. It is also not possible to charge drinks and food to your room
