The four-bedroom villa has complete tableware, which is very convenient for the two families to travel. It's great.
The best choice to start the Great Ocean Road~
The only downside was that the washing machine was broken and I couldn't wash the clothes.

Last minute booking as we had some issues with our initial reservation with another accommodation nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. He shared some nice recommendations around the Great Ocean Road during our stay too. Only drawback was that our trip was during end Winter, where tourism was dull, hence many amenities such as dining in the resort itself was not available.

Ottima la posizione di fronte la spiaggia, poco fuori dal paese ed una mezz’ora a piedi dalla zona dei ristoranti. La struttura è nel complesso ben tenuta con una bella piscina interna ed una interna riscaldata. La colazione da evitare con un povero rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non tutto lo staff all’altezza di una struttura che si attribuisce 4 stelle. Alcuni dettagli non secondari declassano il benessere complessivo, ad esempio nelle camere manca un impianto di aerazione sostituito da vecchi climatizzatori a parete economici e rumorosi.

Well run resort with good facilities including an on site eatery and 24/7 snack place. Grounds, two pools and gym were all well maintained. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. When we had an issue with the heat pump we were informed that it was "connected" to the unit next door and could be operated by people in that unit !! Staff did get the heat pump working but it was noisy. As we were an RCI exchange and not hotel guests, our room was not serviced for the week we were there. However, the cleaning staff were happy to exchange our towels mid week. The resort is an easy 20 minute walk into Torquay town centre with its many shops and eateries and about a 25 minute drive to the Geelong (2nd largest city in Victoria). Overall a good experience.
