Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites Reviews

My daughter lives in the Beaches. It's a hop, skip and jump to her house, without the Toronto traffic, which is absolutely great. Clean room, welcoming staff.

Stay was awesome. Hotel is more like a resort with several amenities. I actually cannot think of a negative experience with this hotel. I would only like that they include breakfast option with their booking.

This hotel has definitely seen better days and is in serious need of some sprucing up. Told front desk that heating/cooling unit was leaking around entire base (to halfway across floor to desk)and that carpeting was noticeably soaked. This was addressed by turning the A/C up to maximum setting creating a rather frigid environment. Unable to secure towels for pool (indoor pool) after asking at desk twice in 30 min period. Also have to pay for parking which seems a bit extreme on top of paying for a room.

It is a great place

Room with a lot of dust, washroom with hair, toilet flush broken. Front service was ok.

It averages

Hygiene is not good. I have to go to the front desk every day to get towels. The bed was not serviced for a day or two.

The facilities are old, the hygiene is average, and the price is not cheap. I don’t like this hotel very much.

The house is a bit old, and the bedding has been used for a long time (it should be replaced).

Quiet, beautiful environment, convenient transportation

This one is pretty good!

It can be reached by bus. After getting off the car, I saw the building, but it took some effort to find the hotel door. There is a swimming pool. Parking charges. The room is spacious but the furniture is rather old. Out the door, there is no dining or shopping except for Tim Hortons coffee. There is free Wi-Fi, but it's a bit slow.
