Excellent hotel. I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this property. Room was huge and clean. Best hotel I experienced in a long long time.

The hotel was in the process of repairs but my room was very cozy and nice! Percy at the front desk was the sweetest! The whole staff was great!

The property is not up to Hyatt standards yet. Room was not ready. Empty body wash bottle. No soap bottle on sink. A/C vents were dusty with accumulation.

Dirty and run-down. Only one working elevator, and the place was expensive for what it was. The "specialty king" room was a joke. Don't waste your money on this place. The staff was fine, but that can't make up for terrible (and pricey for what it is) facilities.

Good experienced. Our visit was for only one night, but the service was a pleasant surprise, the breakfast was on time and the menu variable.
