Surprise! what a great older hotel! the only thing that i would recommend is no bath fan. but that is breakfast was great, we almost stead another day but needed to get home.

The worst hotel first of all they put us in a room by the train tracks so all night we heard the the train then we heard the fire trucks all night because I think the fire station is right there too. The hotel is dirty every where you look the garbages were full. The hotel is old the hotel guests are loud and if you complain they don't do anything. I would not stay here if I were you.

I stayed here back in 2022 and got a room at the tower side of the hotel and the room was great. This month I stayed here and they gave us a room on the older side of the hotel with 3 stories and the rooms were very outdated and "dusty". The AC was not able to keep up and cool the room properly. Aside from that the breakfast and location are nice.

Strange joint, but comfortable.
Just an outdated, strangely laid out hotel. The halls were littered with empty beer boxes and every surface needed cleaning.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I'm sure the management knows it. Breakfast is good, and the guys attending to the breakfast area are very nice.

The bargain price brought me in. It was clean, bed comforter. Staff efficient. But no housekeeping unless you booked 3 nights. If she needed anything, you had to go to front desk. The bar and grill was supposed to be open 5 to 9, but it was closed because it had no business. The convention center is an homage to past glory days - now less profitable and looking tired (scarred doors, chipped painted frames, vast empty cavern) under capacity occupancy. North tower elevators were down for construction so you had to hike a tortured path to find freight elevator ans all the other guests had to. The parking lot is well lit but being downtown I sort of worried about our car’s safety outside. Nice breakfast. Under construction roadway upgrades in infrastructure to get there - tortured for driving. It made me feel how I feel when I go to the mall, for the demise of that large scale, business model, and the inability to keep appearances maintained to the level and splendor was built to.
