作為自駕沿途一站還是值得推薦的，活動很豐富（如果時間充裕都參加的話），服務人員服務也很好，就是房子整體一般，或者離得近的小夥伴也是不錯的選擇，如果距離特別遠，可能不建議作為專門的遊玩目的地。

環境不錯，親子活動豐富，小朋友挺喜歡的，梅花鹿，羊駝，綿羊，浣熊，騎馬，划船，都是孩子的最愛，旁邊還有天門洞，玻璃棧道等設施。

306房間有衹小老鼠 一晚上出來多次刨袋子…中間為了找到他對眼2次，一晚上沒睡好 反映了問題 也沒有積極處理的過程
遊玩項目真的平平 衹有動物互動值回一點 對小朋友來説工作人員很親和
雖説節假日較忙 2點入住，2點半都未收拾好房間房間空調也無法調整 這個天氣又熱又幹 地上很多毛絮灰塵結團，鼻炎都犯了
小西湖就一小湖泊…園內唯一一家酒店 1600性價比確實不高

關注梅花鹿莊園酒店很久了，趁着國慶後人少來的。畢竟價格擺在那兒，最便宜的淡季都是800多，配套這些還是跟得上，第一天到得早也提前幫我們辦理了入住，隔壁餐廳解決的午餐，可選擇的種類不多，米線還可以。此次行程最期待的喂梅花鹿羊駝也體驗了，小朋友很喜歡。就是被羊駝吐了口水留下了陰影，太臭了！

來酒店的當天小姐姐就拉羣加兩天一夜的行程規劃的滿滿當當最開心的莫過於小朋友了喂梅花鹿，小羊喂到開心極了。國慶節，這裏人也不算多，推薦帶小朋友的家庭來這裏。

朋友推薦説這裡帶小朋友度週末非常不錯。就來玩了。結果，無論是房間裝修，酒店服務，員工服務，管理，活動安排下，周邊景點的遊玩，都完全超乎預期。非常不錯值得來的親子酒店。
酒店工作人員會在當天加微信，拉入服務羣，在裏面會把這幾天入住的客人都拉進來，發送活動安排清單，而且快到時間都會在羣裏面通知。活動是從下午一點到第二天十點。跟着安排，選擇喜歡的參加就行，不會很趕。第二天爬山的驚險度難度都是剛剛好，是適合五歲及以上小朋友的。幾乎每一小時都有活動。非常合適。
飲食的話，旁邊餐廳很不哦，份量很大，不過晚餐閉店時間較早，也會在羣裏面通知的。也可以提前點外賣窯雞，很推薦。早餐的話就在旁邊，很豐富。還有桐梓出名的鍋貼。工作人員也會在羣裏純友情代購貴州糯米糰，才3元這麼大一個。
酒店裡麪味道很好聞，而且梅花鹿，羊駝都很乾凈，沒有異味。工作人員都很友好解答問題。房間小朋友拖鞋洗漱用品都有。浴缸的一次性袋子也準備好的。浴室洗漱包括馬桶等硬件設施也是用的品牌貨，不是隨便的三無產品。來熱水也很快，根本不用擔心是小縣城旅遊景點的酒店而質量水平下降。
對了，大廳有小朋友閲讀區域，有繪本，小朋友有喜歡的也可以借回房間看，第二天歸還即可。
總之，對於此次住宿及行程，非常滿意。滿分推薦。

住的園景房，非常滿意。房間是現代風格，簡約實用。
整個酒店的服務人員都很熱情，會主動介紹酒店的活動，用餐地點。到了活動時間，會帶着小孩組織活動。贈送了零食大禮包還有紀念品小鹿，小朋友表示超開心。
酒店主打的動物親善挺到位。早餐會有零距離接觸梅花鹿，羊駝和小羊，鹿茸的手感特別好。晚上的作戰昆蟲，引導員會一直耐心介紹昆蟲的種類，不厭其煩的回答小朋友的問題。互動區的浣熊和土撥鼠超吸引人類幼崽的，尤其是土撥鼠互相搶奪食物呆萌呆萌的。
旁邊的天門洞景區適合爬山，強度不大，景色不錯，山風吹起來很涼快。

酒店位於小西湖景區，酒店裝修不錯，但是因為是在綠化很好的水庫旁邊，蚊子，小蟲比較多，一樓的親子房間房間很好，但是門外的院管不能久待，還有蜘蛛網，房間內部整體不錯，小貴，不過包含了很多親子免費項目，包括景區爬山，早餐投喂梅花鹿，羊駝等，還有各種印染，磨豆子，擼貓等等，整體是不錯的。
唯一不足的地方是房間除臭功能差，馬桶有異味。
走的時候酒店送了梅花鹿玩偶，小孩非常高興，下次有機會還是可以來玩
