The butler service was very good. They sent us to the surrounding restaurants and picked us up. The hotel was very clean and felt like a paradise. I will come back in the future! The air around the hotel is really good!

Arrived late at night, the housekeeper was waiting for us outside the hotel, which was very considerate. The hotel is right next to Nanzha, across a bridge. The hotel environment is quiet and natural. I wandered around the hotel in the morning and strolled around Nanzha, relaxing and comfortable. There is a shop in Nanzha with two big pots at the door, selling braised eggs, braised dried tofu and braised pork, which are very delicious. The housekeeper also upgraded the room type!! It was the one I didn't want to book, and the view was superb. The housekeeper was great, introducing detailed travel guides, and there was free pick-up and drop-off service in Wuzhen. It's a pity that I didn't bring a fishing rod, so I didn't experience the joy of fishing by the canal in the hotel.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the unique charm of the Jiangnan water town came to us. The white walls and black tiles contrasted with the green bamboo and flowers, and the stone paths were winding, like a slowly unfolding ink painting. The carefully carved garden scenery, pavilions, and gurgling waters, each of which exuded elegance and tranquility, making people instantly forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Facilities: The room layout is even more ingenious, perfectly blending simplicity with modernity. The wooden furniture exudes a natural atmosphere, the traditional Chinese window lattices and soft bedding complement each other, and are equipped with a full range of modern facilities, full of comfort. Pull open the curtains, and you can see the picturesque scenery outside the window, as if you are in a poetic dream. Service: The hotel's service is also first-class. The staff is warm and thoughtful, from checking in to introducing surrounding attractions, they all make people feel very considerate, and upgraded our room for free. Transportation: Although the hotel is excellent in all aspects, the only drawback is that for first-time guests, the road conditions to the hotel are a bit difficult to travel on rainy days, but this does not affect the overall stay experience. This is a paradise where people can slow down and immerse themselves in the soul. Whether it is a leisure vacation or seeking cultural experience, it is an excellent choice.
