第一次給酒店差評！酒店泳池的 *** 服務態度極差，連住幾天，就一天去游泳，説一個房間衹能2個人去游泳，幼兒園的小孩子不讓進，小孩現在去景區，高鐵這些都是全免的，既然酒店有規定，我們就1大1小去遊，另一個大人沒去遊也不讓陪同，就想讓買泳圈買泳衣，吃相簡直太難看了！不讓陪同，我説小孩洗澡讓她們服務員幫忙，她又説我可以在浴室給孩子洗澡，結果爸爸把孩子帶到女浴室的時候，不小心差點把別的女客人看光。就這種服務還五星級，也不知道咋評的

酒店整體外觀挺不錯的，是17世紀歐洲巴洛克建築風格，硬件和軟件上面，總體也還可以，前台的服務比較貼心，下次還會再來入住的。
