酒店入住辦理在景區門口登記後到達酒店前台，前台辦理入住拿房卡時，前台的嗓門大到令人尷尬，把房號和同行人姓名報的比餐館叫號還大聲，生怕身後的所有客人都不知道我是住在哪間房。基本的禮儀和酒店服務常識都沒有！這是這些年來入住烏鎮最差的一次體驗！

大床房升級了標間，還挺寬敞的，適合家庭親子，窗外可以看到河和魚，免費的遊覽車無次數限制，很方便，酒店前台附近就是橋風景很好

二刷烏鎮這次帶長者來，特意選了景區內的酒店，體驗感真是太棒了。提前一天酒店工作人員會電話聯繫到達時間，到達景區時有工作人員提前等候帶入景區，這個服務真是太貼心啦。感謝小姚的全程服務，從下車開始到送入房間全程幫提行李，長者非常滿意。酒店位於景區中間，位置很好，下次還住這裏。

設施：設施真的挺老舊，起碼倒回去十幾二十年的設備。
衞生：整個房間有點潮，包括床上用品。最主要是洗手間一直有慢上來的很臭的味道。
環境：外環境可以，內環境相當一般，最主要房間很小。
服務：性價比高是體現在，包了門票。可以無限次坐的觀光車。這些我都還不錯，其他客房的服務感覺不到。
