18年公司團建就住過枕水，覺得非常不錯，今年跟朋友一起出來玩，毫不猶豫的選擇了枕水，乾淨衞生，環境清靜，早飯也很豐富，真的很不錯。特別是管家小許，提前聯繫，當天親自出來接我們，帶我們坐車等等，酒店的位置也非常好，去任何一個地方都很方便，下次來還會選枕水！

烏鎮民宿設施完備，房間內空調、熱水、Wi-Fi、獨立衞浴等一應俱全，能讓人在古樸的江南水鄉中享受現代生活的便利。環境古色古香，臨河或臨街，推窗即見水鄉美景，漫步古鎮，石板路、小橋流水，處處皆是風景。衞生狀況良好，房間整潔，床單潔白，洗漱用品齊全，讓人住得安心舒適。

枕水度假酒店有烏鎮整個園區的美景包圍，江南風光體驗確實很難輸。早餐比想像中好，吃過幾款食物，比在園區內部分的攤檔好吃。
論舒適度而言，訂的房間聲稱有25平方米，實際面積不少，然而設計上要有懷舊或舊時江南感覺，犧牲了25平方米可以有的舒適。浴室有點大，卻不好用，感覺應用空間較少，想在房間打開行李箱都有點艱難，床的設計很復古，但床邊較窄，床邊上落不是最舒適，最欣賞是房間的陽台，坐在椅子，感覺很寧靜。當然，更不會有USB或Type C 插頭。
