和朋友出遊烏鎮，第一次打卡此酒店，除了地理位置優越，給我們最深印象服務態度特別好！特別是前台美女接待（忘記問詢名字了），有求必應耐心温柔，我們原定住宿兩天後臨時改去南潯退訂一天，和前台美女商量立馬給我們退訂，臨走還贈送伴手禮，弄的我們很不好意思，以後去烏鎮必選此酒店還要和朋友們推薦！在此表示深深的謝意！

屬於民宿，一共四層，一樓有兩個魚池，孩子好喜歡，距離景區西柵入口還是有點兒遠，可以打車。

The koi pond in the courtyard on the first floor is really eye-catching. I thought it would be a comfortable trip to the water town, but the sound insulation problem in the room completely ruined the experience.
After checking in, I found that the sound insulation was "disaster-level": the voices of guests in the corridor and the collision of doors were so clear that they seemed to be right at the head of the bed, and the voices in the next room could be heard!
I hope the hotel can pay attention to the sound insulation problem. After all, no matter how good the courtyard landscape is, it can't make up for the bad night of sleeplessness. If you have requirements for sleep quality, it is recommended to choose carefully.
