優點:酒店就在雲中湖旁邊，出門就是景區中心街道，離大巴轉運站也很近，位置很方便。前台服務人員態度很好。
缺點:衞生一般，潮氣有些重，衞生間設備比較老舊，房間不靠路邊看不到景色。

一開始覺得這家酒店的工作人員挺隨和的，有問題也都解決得很好，我本來還打算給個好評。結果今天退房時，服務員的態度實在太過分了。酒店規定12點退房，大概11點40左右，就有服務員使勁敲門，説要進來收拾房間。我跟她説，家裡人正在用衞生間，我也還在收拾東西，馬上就好，讓她稍等一下。結果過了五分鐘左右，她又使勁敲門，説這個房間今天已經賣出去了，得趕緊打掃出來。我再次跟她説家人還在廁所，馬上就好。可沒想到，沒過兩分鐘她又敲門，之後竟然直接拿房卡把房門刷開自己進來了——那時候我老公剛從衞生間出來，身上衹穿了一條內褲。做法太令人不爽了。

酒店床品非常臟，換了兩套還是臟，沒洗乾淨，房間沒電，跳閘，地板都是破的，還有蟲子，從沒住過這麼差的

這個房型窗户在走道，隔音特別差，半夜走廊有人説話都能給吵醒。洗澡的水也特別小，廁所的衞生也一言難盡，唯一就是停車方便點～

基本沒有隔音，花灑是壞的，介紹有窗户，其實是擺設，一個窗户被衞生間鏡子擋住，一個窗户開在走廊，你想給別人參觀嗎，還有很多吐槽點，沒有拍照片，老闆很好，提出的問題能及時換安靜點的房間。可是，硬件衹是這樣沒有辦法。我們房間是提前預訂400多，結果當天價格300多，比提前預訂優惠差不多快100，真的是……所以，大家訂房不是熱門的店可以當天看看。

酒店除了地理位置緊鄰雲中湖外，其他方面實在是太差了：房間沒有餐巾紙，從入住後跟前台説，到離開酒店都沒有送過來；浴室的沐浴液和洗髮露怎麼洗都不起泡，更不用説去污了；房間沒有空調，被子又特別厚，半夜熱醒了，總之體驗最差的一次。
