Shankee Chain Hotel (Tongliao Horqin Avenue West Section Nanqiao)

I have never reviewed any hotel before, but this is really too much. First of all, I booked two rooms that night. Because they were fully booked, the room that was given to my friend was without windows (it was displayed so I didn't care). But the hotel front desk said that they called me to communicate. During this period, I only received one call asking what time to arrive at the store. There were no other calls displayed. After checking in, the room was not prepared for guests at all. The quilt was sour and smelly. There were cigarette butts in the bathroom, dirty marks on the mouthwash cup, and an opened toothbrush. The soundproofing in the room was extremely poor. I didn't intend to record it, but it was too noisy. I recorded a few clips and couldn't fall asleep at all. Even the sound of other rooms opening doors was super clear. I have retained the evidence. There is absolutely no exaggeration. It's too bad! Really, I haven't stayed there. It feels worse than a small hotel.

This is a follow-up order. The first three days and this two days are just right for me to comment on them and give a little help to the good stores to maintain high ratings. Tongliao seems to be the hometown of Dayuer, who Dorgon couldn't handle.

廁所洗澡的地方使用兩塊玻璃，在房間裏隔離出來的，所以噪音很大，還有難聞的味道，整個酒店的佈局超級奇怪。服務枱的**事可能是心情不太好。

整體客服我覺得有點問題。入住前告訴我沒房了，別人續一天讓我改房間，這不是您管理問題呢？您不告知顧客還讓我們承擔後果，簡直了。後來，告訴我可以入住了。環境可以，建議準備一次性紙杯。

感覺非常好，服務到位，房間乾淨衞生，全屋智能很方便
