出行十多年，第一個差評給了這家新開業的四星酒店。服務態度真的差！完全不符合四星酒店的標準！起因是我的外賣被機器人送了四十多分鐘沒有送到，這期間給前台打電話諮詢過，得到的回覆是：已經讓機器人送上樓了，我一再詢問確定嗎？前台工作人員表示親眼看到機器人上電梯了，我就一直在等，逐漸煩躁。直至四十多分鐘後還沒有送到，再次打電話給前台，前台也不知道外賣哪去了，衹好自己到前台看看到底怎麼個情況。到了酒店前台後，前台工作人員和看着像酒店經理的人在機器人裏找我的外賣，經過一番努力，他們找到了，是因為機器人出了故障，我全程在場，直到把外賣拿給我，他們全程沒有一句表示歉意的話，我想爭辯一下，畢竟一個多小時的漢堡薯條全都涼了，剛説幾句話，前台工作人員不理我，忙着拿起電話要找機器人的售後商家服務；類似經理的人也不理我，把頭把頭撇到一邊不看我。難道不應該是先向我表達歉意，然後再聯繫機器人商家進行售後嗎？不理解為什麼無視我，這是服務行業該有的態度嗎？因這件事，原計劃的高鐵沒能趕上，被迫改簽。退房後，攜程平台客服聯繫我，就此件事請求給我房費打折補償，我同意了，至此，此次事件結束，酒店仍沒有聯繫過我表達歉意，全程酒店沒有表達一次歉意，直至平台介入後也沒有。就這樣的服務態度，這個差評不冤。
