前台非常熱情與專業，有接送機服務，推薦去通遼住在這裏
唯一的問題是網速太慢，衹有1M，全季的通病，vpn收郵件會斷聯

網上顯示為智能馬桶，實際上馬桶衹有自動沖水功能，根本沒有清洗、烘乾等功能，根本不符合國家智能潔具的標準，屬於虛假宣傳。
另外，酒店沒有專用的停車位，又靠近早夜市，根本找不到停車位。
辦理入住時，前台服務員就開始推銷華住會會員，建議我們花錢辦理會員，辦理會員不需要身份證等訊息，結果想退這個費用時，要求提供身份證件照片，後來沒提供也把費用退了。
總之，這次全季酒店的訂單讓人失望至極！

體驗點評：細節服務待提升
住店期間在客房礦泉水補給這件事上，體驗略顯波折。第一次致電前台説明小冰箱裏的水已喝完，對方迴應會安排送水，但等了半小時仍未送到，直到第二次打電話催促後才送來。
雖然最終解決了飲水需求，但兩次溝通+長時間等待的過程，還是讓人感覺酒店在客房服務響應效率和跟進意識上有所欠缺。對於趕車或想及時休息的住客來説，這種拖延確實影響體驗。
希望酒店能加強前台與客房服務的銜接，對客人提出的需求能更主動地跟進落實，畢竟細節服務才是留住客人的關鍵呀。
