設施：房間內的空調是壞.
環境：床頭上有一層灰.
服務：最無語的就是服務，在房間沒有人的期間不提前通知的情況下收拾房間，剛點了100多的外賣給扔掉了，還有一個沒有拆開的小袋，也找不到了.
