前台工作人員服務態度超級好，辦理入住迅速，看到我們帶着行李還主動幫忙送到房間。有任何問題聯繫客房服務，響應都非常及時，讓人感覺賓至如歸。
2. 環境與衞生： 酒店大堂氣派，房間乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味。床品潔白柔軟，睡起來非常舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，打掃得一塵不染，細節做得很好。

設施：很滿意，出來都是定1.5*2 的大房子，這一家房間面積大，住起來很寬敞，適合親子家庭出行

帶着孩子和長者入住，店家升級了房間，裝修非常簡約時尚，而且智能化。房間裏很安靜，窗外可以看到田園風光，乳膠枕頭和絲棉枕頭充分滿足睡眠需要。衞生間乾濕分離，配備了智能馬桶。前台的服務熱情周到，讓人很温馨！五星好評！！！

房間既乾淨又整潔，體驗感舒適度很棒，價格又很優惠，性價比非常高，很可惜沒有拍房間照片就急匆匆走掉了。尤其有個客服小姐姐真的很善良，孩子的一個小東西不小心落到店裡了，她主動幫忙郵寄，讓人感受到雲南朋友的熱情與温暖。

這次回家對比了幾家酒店最後選擇的這家，真的讓我非常滿意，酒店2024年新裝修，睡覺的床墊、枕頭都很舒服，窗簾、馬桶都是智能的，連續住了六個晚上，2米的床 孩子睡得也好，以後來通海還是會繼續選擇
