Excellent hotel well located, walking distance to the old town, the bus stop to the train station, shops and not too far from the lake.
Big room with all you might need, no bad smells nor too much noise. Recommended.

It's my first time to travel to Tonghai County, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province. I didn't expect there is such a good hotel. The transportation from the train station to the hotel is very convenient. The bus goes directly to the ancient city, the Confucian Temple, Xiushan, and the lake. You don't need to take a car. You can walk for more than ten minutes. The rooms are clean and tidy. The customer service is warm and hospitable. There is also a laundry room.

The soundproofing of the hotel is quite poor. You can clearly hear the voices of the guests next door at one or two o'clock in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and asked the guests to speak lower. The front desk agreed but did not go upstairs to stop me. I do not recommend this hotel.

Do I have to clean it myself after spending more than one hundred yuan for a night? What weird reason? No wonder the room smelled weird. It turned out that the housekeeper didn't bother to clean, and was focused on cheating customers out of their deposits. I've stayed at their house many times and will never stay there again.
