縣城裡可選擇的好酒店實在是有限幸好發現了這家才開業幾個月的凱里亞德酒店前台服務不錯，房間面積挺大，有沙發，有餐桌，有智能語音控制。為什麼給差評呢？因為這家酒店的早餐太垃圾了，7:30到9:30總共供應時間不長，但是9:05左右到餐廳已經沒什麼了，衹剩餃子麪條可以吃，酒店自稱單加58一份的自助早餐衹剩煮餃子。。然後兩個超雄服務員態度極其惡劣，大家欣賞一下一個自稱星級酒店的服務員語錄，沒有添油加醋都原話：拿出早餐卷，自覺一點我不可能單獨給你做（實際上短短兩分鐘內已經有3位其他客人抱怨沒東西吃了）誰讓你不早點下來，你早點來就有的吃了有啥吃啥啊，你還什麼都想要其他都做得挺好，要是這樣的早餐服務，這樣的員工把自己店拖垮了實在不值得。春節帶家人旅遊自駕到懷化通道縣

打電話問前台天貓精靈音響、投影儀怎麼用，前台説不知道，那請問你們配置這些設備幹什麼。後面説找人上來看，住了兩天連個屁都沒見到。房間門口寫着免打擾，打掃阿姨還是三番五次來敲門。衞生間和浴室的玻璃門設計得很反人類，竟然不是拉出來而是推進去的，本來就逼慫的空間還得容下一扇門。傍晚六點多讓阿姨來打掃，阿姨還嗶嗶賴賴説下午來敲門的時候怎麼不讓打掃。服了，好歹也是品牌連鎖酒店。
