電梯很複雜中途還要轉一次電梯！床頭電話壞的聯繫不上前台！房間瓶裝水前兩瓶免費第三瓶就要收費了！一次性馬桶也要收費（頭回聽説）！去前台坐一部電梯！去停車場坐另外一部電梯！上房間還要坐另一部電梯！三部電梯都不在一起都有一段距離拖着行李非常不方便

1.雙號的房間，窗户外商場裝修，還有馬戲團表演，噪音大無法休息。前台説早上10:30才有表演，然而半夜兩點半有人拿話筒唱歌，早上七點有大爺拿鞭子甩地鍛鍊，整夜無法入睡。
2.入住的房間1001，每天晚上有巨大的臭味，下水道反臭，下午六點入住開着空調、窗户、門、換氣扇，依然抵擋不住惡臭。和前台説需要換到同樣的房型安靜的房間就行，前台告知時候馬戲團那邊的房間了，吵且無法退房費。
3.早餐7-9點，早上八點半的菜，以下如圖所示，不止菜，連大桶的稀飯和那半成品牛奶都沒了。
4.房間的拖鞋是塑料拖鞋，上面墊了一層紙，不得不説老闆會省錢。
5.馬桶圈都尿漬，手旁邊放的就是收費三塊一包的馬桶套。
6.洗澡水是熱水器，所以洗的慢的控制在25分鐘之內，因為過了25就會忽冷忽熱（樓層高的水壓特別小，洗澡水特別特別小）
7.衞生間是聲控燈，實現了拉屎一邊拍手一邊拉，資本的厲害。

定的奢華大床房，網上看到是園景房再加上房間大就定了，到了以後發現看不到園景是靠近停車場一邊，窗外就是一棟在建的高樓，所以想換房，想着換成同價位的雙床房可以看到園景，前台業務不熟練，搞不清房間大小，來回折騰了三次換來換去最後衹好又換回原來的房型，好在窗外沒有施工，滿意的一點是房間很大，但是發現在攜程前一天定的房價格高、當天來竟然降價了，問前台説一天一個價，早餐太簡單，酒店位置不好找

賓館樓下就是商場，吃飯很方便，停車場很大很方便，早餐種類很多，房間很大，帶孩子入住很好，早上退房的時候才發現還有一個空中花園，非常不錯

房間不錯，卧具蠻好的，卧室乾淨整潔，但沐浴間衞生不是太好，下水口還有頭髮，有免費停車，但停車場標識不清，電話致前台兩次才找到酒店地面停車位，自駕遊者慎入。酒店硬件不錯，但前台小姐姐一副愛理不理樣，問一句答一句，沒有熱情和主動服務意識，衹有早餐收票的美女笑容滿面，實話實説是對酒店加強服務意識的促進。
