地漏沒裝好，衞生間很臭，網上預訂，要求退訂，線下付款。給的房間與網上預訂的不一樣，跟前台説了，再換房間，但衞生間真的臭，空調是立式的，有噪音

服務好態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施很齊全。前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，網絡很快，打遊戲很舒服，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，停車場方便，洗衣服方便，有免費的洗衣機烘乾機，烘乾機很方便很喜歡，很推薦過來遊玩的人入住，離步行街也很近，周邊小吃很多非常豐富可口，非常值得推薦！

總體很好住了很多天。就是可能開業久了，衞生間設施有點老舊，房間沒有朝陽所以衞生間會有一點濕氣的味道。房間空調熱氣很足，很暖。#衞生很好，阿姨每天中午都會問要不要打掃衞生#位置交通位於中星天街附近吃飯購物什麼的很方便#WIFI就是網絡一直連不上，也沒有去找前台覺得有點麻煩#性價比很高住了好幾天#床很結實。

前台服務態度不好，酒店房間裝修太舊了，空調也沒有清洗，製冷效果差。退房時間12點，跟前台商量，想遲一點點退房也不容許，超出時間，按照每個小時另計費。

環境：吃飯還挺方便，出門在外也就圖個方便，晚上睡覺的時候，安靜，熱水足，推薦入住。
