Stayed right above room 133 for a family trip and I couldn’t believe how much noise is allowed in this building. All I seen was a big box looking speaker that literally has been keeping me up. It always smells like **** because they are smoking on the back porch at least 4 people stay in that room but I see way more come in and out throughout the day. The noise is insane constant chatter on top of having the chairs from the room outside on the porch and a cooler with what looks like **** and bongs. I have a kid staying with me and this is just not okay!! Feels like I’m staying at a drug dealer hotel/homeless shelter.

The room and hallway smelled from smoke, and they didnt have a elevator I had to take up the suitcase by stairs, do not use this hotel

Unsafe earie feeling with people hanging out all around the entrances. No elevator. Hallways look like a basement and rooms don't look or feel cozy. I didn't feel comfortable staying here even after paying for the room. Its a 2 star at best and overpriced.

Avoid at all cost.Staff walked in our room while we were sleeping, seemingly for nothing more than out of curiosity. Disgusting place and behavior.

Nice place, with a very conformable room, clean pool and great club enviroment. My family realy enjoyed the place. We have been there couple times.
