I'm sorry but this hotel has a hold on my card and the morning I checked out the woman at the front desk told me she had released the hold right then, well it's 10 days later and I still haven't gotten the money back on my card, they told me it was my bank that hadn't released it yet but which is not true I have spoken with my bank several times and they are not seeing that they released it then I was supposed to get an email proof that they had released my money and I never received that either my call this morning is going to their administrative offices I'm very very disappointed

Stayed right above room 133 for a family trip and I couldn’t believe how much noise is allowed in this building. All I seen was a big box looking speaker that literally has been keeping me up. It always smells like **** because they are smoking on the back porch at least 4 people stay in that room but I see way more come in and out throughout the day. The noise is insane constant chatter on top of having the chairs from the room outside on the porch and a cooler with what looks like **** and bongs. I have a kid staying with me and this is just not okay!! Feels like I’m staying at a drug dealer hotel/homeless shelter.

People at the front desk were professional, but the hotel itself is disaster. Stains all along the carpet heading to the room. Once you enter the room,there are clearly horrible repairs of holes that were in the wall, broken switches, shower curtain that’s ripped and exit door that must’ve been repaired 50 times. Keep in mind, you will not be getting your security deposit back for at least two weeks. It’s next to impossible trying to talk to someone in customer service

Clean and friendly staff. The room was was big and spacious for us. Check-in quick and easy. It was a last minute booking and luckily it was near where we needed to go and not bad for the price.

The room and hallway smelled from smoke, and they didnt have a elevator I had to take up the suitcase by stairs, do not use this hotel
