Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greater Tomball

It was a solid economy-class hotel. It was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. Things were mostly quiet, other than the loud person who decided to have an animated discussion right outside my door at 4:00 in the morning, but I can't really fault the hotel for that. It was nothing fancy, but it was good value for the money compared to other options in the area.

Roachs The remote didn't work. Had to get 2 different ones. There was holes in corners of the walls where roachs were coming out. Told the front desk and he came to see saying there have never been any before. He saw it crawl into a hole and gave me napkins saying "this will help kill it when it comes out." The shower pressure was so low.

The free breakfast didn’t have many options. also they ran out of milk and coffee, and refused to refill either one.

Very clean facility. Beds were comfy and soft. Pool is VERY cold. Breakfast was subpar.

The staff was extremely rude and was not knowledgeable or respectful also we got a room without a working tv and was not discounted for having a broken tv in it

Great service! Quick, late check-in. I confirmed by phone a few days before the trip and again on the night of the trip to notify of late arrival. Desk clerk had my reservation ready and ensured late arrival with no problems.
