The hotel is located not far from food street, not too challenging to search for food. There hotel comes with free parking. JR station located right in front of the hotel, 2 mins walk.

Right next to train station so very handy. Free coffee machine in foyer. Free breakfast is really good buffet. Definitely recommend this hotel. No complaints

Well connected and very near to all public transportation. Public bath is very good and clean. Breakfast is also very good with lots of options. Room size bigger than other japanese hotels.

The hotel is just across the road from the station. In cold weather, you don't have to walk far. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. There is free coffee in the lobby. There is a coin-operated washing machine, dryer and microwave in the common area on the first floor. There is a 7-Eleven nearby in Tomakomai Station. However, when coming here from Chitose Airport by train, you will have to change trains once at Minami Chitose Station, which may be confusing for those who are not yet familiar with taking trains in Japan. However, you can ask the station master.

The only good thing is that it is cheap and has free parking. I booked a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes in the corridor and the room was very strong. I could only open the window for ventilation in the winter night, otherwise I was afraid of coughing to death in the room.

The entire hotel was well-cleaned, and the large communal bath was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was efficient, and pregnant women in particular were very kind and helpful. The only disappointing thing was the attitude of the staff at the breakfast venue. Everyone was expressionless, and one staff member checked the remaining amount of rice, and within a minute another staff member checked it, so I felt there was a lack of communication. Also, when refilling the food, they did so without saying a word, even though there was a guest next to them. At other hotels, you would hear things like "Excuse me" or "Good morning." That makes guests feel welcome. The breakfast tastes better than other Route Inn hotels, so I think if they could just improve that it would be even better.

This is a slightly older Route Inn. Although it is old, I have no complaints about the facilities. The large public bath is a little warm, just right. It's extremely relaxing.

I made a reservation for a single room, but they assigned me a twin room, so I was able to relax comfortably. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, so I was very satisfied.
