Pésima atención ,descontrol de agua caliente tanto fria como caliente . Cuánto completamente cerrado !! Con un a pequeña ventana . Tal vez en invierno este bien pero en esta época del año parece un horno !!

We arrived early from a long trip and were not allowed to check in until 3 pm. The staff when attempting to check in the second time were much friendlier and did let us check in 10 min early. The rooms did not have air conditioners and the small windows did not provide much ventilation. We did not have any type of soap in the shower nor hot water. We could not get the TV to function. Luckily we had purchased two rooms and the other did have a working TV, soaps in the shower and hot water. When we got back the morning of checkout we found all of our towels missing and my daughter who had been out to practice was not able to shower. The cleaning lady final came back with a towel 15 min before check out but it was too late as we had already packed all of our bags. Our rooms needed upgrades of furniture and ventilation.

Muy mala experiencia en este hotel
Primero muy pequeñas las habitaciones sin nada de ventilación
Y la primera noche con mi familia todo se escucha de ruido en las habitación sin nada de privacidad se escucha lo que hablan los vecinos y para rematar tiene chinches el hotel reclame y pedí mi reembolso y me descontaron la noche que me quedé por el tiempo no los denuncie mi niña de 6 años con picaduras de consideración nos tuvimos que regresar del viaje por que se puso mal a consecuencia de los piquetes muy mal este hotel viejo por donde lo vean con alfombras sucias descuidadas que sólo alzan polvo ácaros y mugre No lo Recomiendo

La ubicación es lo mejor de la propiedad, justo en el primer cuadro del centro.
La limpieza impecable.
El único detalle es el mobiliario, ya esta deteriorado y necesita mantenimiento o reemplazo
