"Due to the weather, we decided to temporarily change our route and stay in Tolando for two nights. We encountered a parade and didn't arrive at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the morning. The hotel is close to the church, and the parking lot is about 15 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, relatively new, and the electric towel rack is very useful. Bringing children does not occupy a bed, but we were asked to pay 60-120 euros to upgrade, but in the end we were given a regular room, which was a bit unpleasant. The next day a new front desk informed us that we should not be charged, and the 60 euros were fully refunded. Relatively reasonable and honest, this is a good comment! In addition, it is not recommended to have breakfast in the hotel, buy it yourself in the supermarket or eat at McDonald's"

The breakfast buffet was repetitive and poorly suited for celiac sufferers, with only three pastries placed next to cereals and cookies containing gluten, which people mistakenly take because they weren't properly labeled and separated. The buffet staff were quite rude when we asked about gluten-free options. They told us they had no record of our request, even though we had left a written comment, notified them by phone, and the receptionist had confirmed it upon our arrival."

However, the hotel staff consulted with their supervisor and contacted Trip.com, who also responded quickly. Although it took some time, the problem was resolved very smoothly and pleasantly. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The common areas are also very clean and well-maintained. There's just one thing to keep in mind: you need to bring your own towels. I realized this while I was in the shower and frantically dried myself with my hands 🤣. As long as you're careful about that, there's nothing to complain about!"

Try and avoid bringing heavy suitcases because it is a steep walk from the car park, which is unavoidable as this is the authenticity of the city, but prepare for it by bringing less rather than more. The owners/agents were very responsive before and during our stay. Finally, a really amazing rooftop terrace which is shared by all building occupants."
