"I made a last-minute decision to fly from Amsterdam to Madrid and then stop by Toledo. I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, not the floppy kind, and very new. There's a bathtub 🛁"

Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings. "Really comfortable stay! The rooms had recently been renovated and were really nice. It was a great location to see the Old City of Toledo. It was close enough we could walk from the bus station as there are lots of escalators on the walk. Would definitely recommend staying here if seeing Toledo"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog. The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias. Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog. This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved. Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside. It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved."

"This hotel is very well located, halfway between the modern city's flat area and the historic city's elevated part. It's ideal if you're driving, as you can park on the street for a symbolic fee for up to 72 hours, or in the Congress Palace car park, which is pricier but less than 150 meters away. Additionally, there are escalators very close by that take you from the flat area to the elevated part of the city. The hotel isn't large and doesn't have grand luxuries, but it's very comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. It's perfect for couples or stays longer than one day. The staff is generally very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is well-priced, and you can choose from various options. The views from the rooms are lovely."

"The guesthouse in the old town is right opposite the cathedral entrance, easy to find. It's a very old and interesting little building, and the rooms are very clean. There are too many photos to find here. If you have time, it's worth staying overnight. Toledo train station is also very convenient, located at the foot of the hill."

"The hotel is located on a hill outside the ancient city of Toledo. There is a No. 71 bus into the city at the hotel entrance, which runs every hour and is very convenient. The room and bathroom are large and convenient to use. The front desk was warm and attentive, and dinner was provided at 8pm. It is 1.5 kilometers west of the hotel to reach the St. Martin Bridge, and about 1 kilometer east is a great viewing platform, don't miss it. The night view of the ancient city opposite from the balcony is nice at night."
