Courtyard Toledo North

This hotel stay was wonderful! Room was clean, shower was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Terrible customer service Customer service at this hotel was terrible. The bar service at the bistro was a joke. Out of things to make the drinks on their menu. The "bar tender" yelling across the lobby to the Front Desk clerk to ask where things were. Asked the Front Desk for a second packet of coffee for our room so we could both have a cup and were told that they were out of regular coffee. The supply door was left open and we saw a could see 2 large boxes of regular coffee when we passed by. Staff appeared quite lazy and spent must of their time on their cell phones. There was a large stain on the ottoman in our room. Had to cover it with a towel.

We just checked in after a long drive through stormy weather. I had tried to book through my Bonvoy app and had trouble confirming the reservation, but the front desk staff were helpful and got us checked in. Our room is clean, quiet, and feels new. The tv and internet work. The bathroom is sparkling and shower is roomy. I’m a happy traveller. Thanks
