The location is perfect. Close to the subway and few minutes walk to the airport limousine bus. However, the service is not that great. Have difficulty communicating with the reception staff. There are many good restaurants near the hotels. It is safe to walking around the area during nighttime.

We had a pleasant stay overall. Although the room was extremely small, it was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short visit. we stayed 5 nights in Shinjuku Prince, location is excellent for airport direct train and so much to explore.

We had a great stay at the Shinjuku Prince Hotel in Kabukicho district. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The ambience of the hotel reception at B1 is nice. The room we were in is clean and comfortable though it is not big, about 15 sqm. The window is big, which gives a bigger feel to the room. There is no wardrobe in the room we were in. Our Medium and small size luggage bags can be placed under our hotel room bed. The hotel is near to many eateries. There is also a 3-storey McDonald’s restaurant and a 7-11 convenience shop opposite the hotel. A shopping complex is below the hotel. The Shinjuku Metro station and Shinjuku Expressway Bus Station is about 10-12 min walk away. The streets around the hotel can get very busy and crowded, which should be taken into consideration when booking any hotel in Kabukicho.

Love this hotel. Our second time staying here. Ideal location. It just got more expensive over the years. Rooms are ok. It's not big, but not that small either.Queen side bed is the real Queen side not Super single in some budget hotel. The hotel also has luggage delivery service through TaKuBin but it is next day service, not same day delivery. No coin laundry service. If you want to do laundry, the self service coin laundrette is quite some distance away. If anything, this is the down side.

Great location close to JR and those shopping mall. Reasonable size with good view restaurants.

The best location I been seen also there is lodes of restaurants and mega sports shops that is great but the bad thing is the room is a bit little small.😜😛😆🤪

Great place and location. Stay was perfect. Room size is standard for Tokyo but very small. Shower is a bit strange but also standard for Tokyo/Japan.
